Electrolytic Tinplate is a composite material composed of a thin layer of metallic tin applied to the surface of high-quality cold-rolled low-carbon steel. Using an advanced electrolytic process, it is evenly coated on the steel surface, imparting the strength and ductility of steel with the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of tin.
Full Cold Galvanizing Process:

Chemical degreasing → hot water washing → water washing → electrolytic degreasing → water washing → acid washing → rust removal → water washing → electrogalvanizing process → water washing → passivation → hot water washing → drying → quality inspection → packaging and sales
